DAY 1
Dar Es Salaam – Saadani National Park – Wami River Boat Safari
Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel or residence in Dar es Salaam. After a short safari briefing, depart by road for Saadani National Park, enjoying scenic views of coastal Tanzania and local villages along the way.
Upon arrival at the park, proceed directly for an exciting boat safari along the Wami River. This leisurely cruise offers excellent opportunities to observe hippos, crocodiles, and a rich variety of birdlife. Keep an eye on the riverbanks where wildlife frequently comes to drink.
After the boat excursion, continue to the lodge for a delicious lunch and some relaxation.
In the afternoon, embark on a game drive through the diverse habitats of Saadani National Park. Explore open plains, acacia woodlands, and coastal ecosystems in search of elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, warthogs, waterbucks, wildebeests, and numerous bird species.
Return to the camp in the late afternoon for dinner and overnight.

DAY 2
Early Morning Game Drive – Return to Dar Es Salaam
Rise early for a morning game drive when wildlife is most active. This is an excellent opportunity to spot predators, observe animals in their natural habitat, and enjoy the tranquil beauty of the park before the day warms up.
After the game drive, return to the camp for breakfast. Later, check out and begin the journey back to Dar es Salaam, arriving in the afternoon where you will be dropped off at your hotel, residence, or airport.
